Kohler. Kohler’s Sensate smart faucet can be voice-activated using Kohler Konnect through Alexa, Google Home or Apple HomeKit. This faucet dispenses measured amounts of water, as well as provides two sprays. The price depends on the finish you choose and can range from $1100 to $1700.

Of course, Kohler has many other hands-free faucets that are not voice activated.

Some of the voice commands the Kohler faucet responds to include:

  • Turn on or Start my faucet
  • Turn off or Stop my faucet
  • Fill my sink
  • Fill my coffee pot
  • Check my water usage
  • How much water have I used
  • Give me 1 cup of water or Pour 1 cup of water
  • Pour 2 liters of water

  1. With voice activation
  2. A hands-free wave sensor
  3. By using the handle
  4. Via a smartphone app

A new “wash hands” command will make sure you wash your hands long enough and at the proper temperature.

You can personalize presets. For example, if you need a certain amount of water at a certain temperature every day for your dog’s bowl, you can set that up in the Moen app. Then all you have to do is walk up to the faucet and say, “Alexa, fill the dog’s bowl.” The correct amount and temperature of water will come out.
